Geoff Tate Merchandising provides a 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased.  Contact us at 1-800-425-2300 or by e-mail at fanclub@queensryche.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) . We will not accept returns for credit if there is no RA# issued.  Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. The following terms must be met:

• Return the merchandise within 30 days of your original delivery of order.
• The product must be returned in new, re-sellable condition.
• Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
• CD’s and DVD’s (and anything factory sealed) must return un-opened.
• You must pay return shipping expenses.
• Display the RA# prominently on the outside of the package to avoid any delays to your refund.

Geoff Tate Merchandising will NOT accept returns or process refunds:

• On items that have been previously opened (CD’s DVD’s or anything that is factory sealed).
• If items arrive at Geoff Tate Merchandising damaged due to improper packaging by the customer.
• If clothing items returned have been worn and/or cleaned

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of the original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit in the value of your original purchase, less shipping & handling or to simply receive a refund in the amount of your original order less shipping & handling. Those who pay via check have the option to receive store credit or be refunded by check.
